(A) Significantly higher levels of inhibition were expressed using nano-vesicles as opposed to free miconazole, supporting the notion that nano-vesicles act as an inhibition enhancer. (B) Around 20% and 40% total fungal colonies were inhibited after 48 h with the miconazole nano-vesicles 1% and 2% treatment compared to PBS treated petri dishes, respectively.
