Down-regulation of Runx2 expression by C60-PEI/shRNA-Runx2 plasmids polyplexes reduces the expression of osteoblast differentiation markers ALP (A), OSP (B), BSP (C) and BMP-4 (D) in VIC exposed to HGOM.
