Effect of BC on GALNS activity in MPS IVA patient fibroblasts. GM00958 (A, p.A393S), GM00593 (B, p.R386C/p.F285del), and GM01361 (C, p.R61W/p.W405_T406del) MPS IVA fibroblasts were treated with different concentrations of bromocriptine for 48 h after which the GALNS activity was measured in the cell lysate.
