Body weight variation in mice subjected to induced intestinal mucositis (5-FU, 450 mg/kg, intraperitoneally, single dose) and treated with RUT (50, 100, and 200 mg/kg for 3 days). The results are expressed as the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM) of the weight evaluation percentage of the initial weight, for a minimum of 6 animals per group.
