Phenotypic antimicrobial resistance to clarithromycin based on minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and genetic mutation in 23S rRNA genes of 46 H. pylori strains from 13 subjects, before (open symbol) and after (closed symbol) unsuccessful eradication therapy with clarithromycin-based triple therapy.
