Tachycardia at rest
Supraventricular or ventricular arrhythmias
Ventricular ectopy
High-grade atrioventricular blocks
Multiple-lead ST elevations
T‑wave inversions
Pathological Q waves
Left bundle branch blocks
Low QRS voltage (suggestive of pericardial effusion or myocardial oedema)
Signs of right ventricular pressure overload
