Increases in Probability of 1-Year Seizure Freedom for Each Additional Antiepileptic Regimen Tried in non-tuberous sclerosis complex patients who received hormonal therapy as first or second regimen. The percentage of patients achieved seizure freedom after receiving first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth regimens were 15.1%, 21.9%, 10.3%, 6.2%, 5.5%, 1.4%, 2.1% and 1.4%, respectively. Please see Table 2a for numbers of patients who achieved seizure freedom for each subgroup.
