Corticosterone (CORT, 20 mg/kg/day) was given subcutaneously for 14 days and O-1602 (0.25 mg/kg/day) was administered intravenously for 7-days. The values represent the mean ± SEM (n = 15 rats per group). The obtained data were assessed by the two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 versus saline, ^^p < 0.01, ^^^p < 0.001 versus CORT.
