SERINC5 has no effect on ecotropic MLV infection in vivo. Newborn mice were infected with F-MLV WT, gGag−F-MLV, and gGagmutF-MLV virus, and virus titers in the spleens were measured 10 days postinfection. Each point represents the titer obtained from an individual mouse, and the average for each group is shown by a horizontal line. Mice were derived from 2 to 3 litters per genotype; the C57BL/6 and SERINC5−/− mice were littermates. Numbers of mice used in each group are indicated on the x axis.
