The triage of patients by the infection risk of COVID‐19. Red arrows indicated the flow of urgent cases and blue arrows indicated the flow of semi‐urgent cases. If adequate FTOCC history cannot be assessed for emergency, all urgent cases should be considered as “COVID‐19 positive” for infection control.
