Effect of drugs on viral RNA synthesis. VeroE6/TMPRSS2 cell monolayers were cultured with the SARS‐CoV‐2 Wk521 strain ¹⁰ prepared in culture media containing different concentrations of drugs for 50 hr (MOI = 0.01).
