Comparison of basic morphological parameters of cardiomyocytes isolated from Rat and Guinea Pig acquired in the process of generating functional measurements on the CytoCypher and analyzed by our automated script and the CytoSpectre program. Analysis was performed with conventional statistical tests as only single preparations were used.
