Differentiated THP-1 cells were infected with M.tb (10:1 MOI). The extracellular bacteria were removed and the respective neutralizing anti-IFN antibodies were added as described in methods. The cells were harvested on the 5th day and processed for CFU estimation. The bars represent the mean CFU ±SD of three independent experiments.
