This figure visualizes the main components of PIEDA energy in the vicinity of Remdesivir. Remdesivir is the yellow-colored ball and stick model, and the other structures are represented as the stick models contrasted depending on the intensity of interaction. When the main component of the interaction with Remdesivir is electrostatic interaction (ES), the attractive and repulsive energies are colored in red, and blue, respectively. When the main component is dispersion interaction (DI), the energy is colored in green.
