P. falciparum strains Dd2, HB3 and NF54 were cultured in the presence of decreasing concentrations of ML10 (A-C) or Compound 2 (D-F) for 72 hours and growth was determined by staining with SYBR Green I. The resulting dose-response curves were used to calculate EC₅₀ values for the compounds. Shown are representative dose-response curves converted to percentage from one of three independent experiments. For EC₅₀ values of all experiments, see S1 Fig.
