The effects of sitravatinib on ABCB1 ATPase activity. The vanadate‐sensitive ATPase activity of ABCB1, in membrane protein obtained from the transporter‐overexpressing high‐five insect cells, was determined at different concentrations of sitravatinib. ATP hydrolysis was monitored by measuring the amount of inorganic phosphate released using a colorimetric assay. Data are deminstrated as mean ± SD acquiring from 3 experiments independently.
