TR inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines in keratinocytes under oxidative stress (A–D). The mRNA and protein of IL-6 (A), IL-8 (B), TNF-α (C), IL-18 (D) in keratinocytes in response to H₂O₂ with or without the TR pretreatment. Data represent the mean ± SD (n = 3). P-value was calculated by two-tailed Student’s t-test. **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, compared with the Ctrl group. ^#P < 0.05, ^##P < 0.01, compared with the H₂O₂ group.
