Effects of HAS on SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, and CAT in H2O2-stimulated PC12 cells. The levels of MDA and activities of SOD, CAT, and GSH-Px were determined by commercial assay kits. PC12 cells were treated with vitamin C (100 μM) or HAS (15, 30, and 60 μM) for 2 h, subsequently subjected to H2O2 (90 μM) for 4 h.
