WT and IL27Rα−/− mice underwent UUO injury. At 14 dpo (A) control and fibrotic kidneys were preserved in formalin and stained with anti-CD3. Kidneys were also digested and lymphocytes were stained with anti-CD4 and the activation markers (B) CD11a (WT versus IL-27Rα−/− UUO), (C) CD44, (D) KLRG1, and (E) CD69.
