Keep the surgical area (the nasal cavity and the sellar region) section and remove other parts. (a) Select Menu bar $>$ Segmentation $>$ Edit Mask in 3D, and use the ‘Square’ of 40 $\times$ 40 to the unrequired parts step by step. (b) Remove them to keep the surgical area section.
