Figure 3. — Results of 5-HT (A), NE (B), and DA (C) of rats in all groups. As shown in Fig. 3A, the concentrations of hippocampus 5-HT in the fluoxetine group and the WTKYR group were remarkably higher compared with the model group, and there was no statistical difference when contrast the fluoxetine and WTKYR group with the control group. Hippocampus NE and DA content of the WTKYR group were higher than in the model group and lower than in the control group. The fluoxetine group showed a higher NE and DA concentration than the model group.
