In vitro interaction of Folate-Binding Protein with FA-PPSu-PEG NPs. 4 μg of FBP were incubated with non-conjugated control PPSu-PEG NPs (A) or FA-conjugated PPSu-PEG (B) (both containing 50 μg of polymer) for 1 h, in PBS, at 25°C or 37°C, and at two different pH conditions (pH 6.0 and 7.4). SDS PAGE analysis of FBP interaction with PPSu-PEG and FA-PPSu-PEG NPs is shown. Lanes are marked as p (pelleted NPs) or s (supernatant). Protein marker with the relevant band sizes is also shown.
