Cytocompatibility. Confocal Imaging of LIVE/DEAD Cell Viability Assay for CF-1 MEF IRR 2M mammalian fibroblast cells, when cultured along with the 3D printed discs in the same wells. The images consisted of Calcein (A–E), and EtHD-1 (F–J) treated cells. Viability was quantified after a 24-hr period as a LIVE/DEAD cell percentage (K) based on particle analysis obtained through FIJI color threshold segmentation. Scale bar in all images (A–J) depict 100 µm.
