δ-TT (10 µg/mL) promotes the BMSC cell migration in a Boyden chamber assay. BMCS were exposed to δ-TT 24 h before and during the micro-chemotaxis assay. The migrated cells were counted by selecting three random fields at 10× or 20× objective on an optical microscope.
