Secretome of irradiated PBMCs suppresses IL6 release in primary macrophages. IL6 protein levels in the supernatant were determined by immunoassay. Murine bone marrow-derived macrophages were exposed to secretome. The inflammation was provoked by LPS 100 ng/mL.
