The effect of a combination of fucose-mannose ligand (FML) with glycyrrhizin (GL) on the production of IL-12p70 by macrophages. Treatment with FML and with 10 and 20 μg/ml concentrations of GL significantly increased IL-12p70 levels in the activated macrophages.
