CD1A expression in leukaemia cell lines and patient samples. Five T-ALL cell lines and 26 T-ALL patient samples were stained with CR2113 and screened for CD1A expression by flow cytometry. CR2113 detected CD1A expression in 3 of 5 T-ALL cell lines (A) and 9 of 26 T-ALL patient samples (B).
