Tamoxifen modifies intracellular signalling pathways in EO771 cells. EO771 cells were treated by the tamoxifen IC50 (14 µM) or vehicle (DMSO) for 48 h. The expression of both total and phosphorylated forms of signalling pathway proteins (CREB, JNK, NFκB, p38, ERK1/2, AKT, p70S6K, STAT3 and STAT5) and MMP3 was analysed by measure of mean of fluorescence intensity (MFI) using a Luminex system.
