The majority of S. enterica genomes contain phage lysis gene families, while colicin is present only in a subset of S. enterica genomes, quantified based on profile HMM matches. Mapping of colicin profile HMMs to S. enterica genomes are filtered based on the best hit, due to the high similarity of some colicin gene families. The 10 most prevalent serovars are annotated.
