The sample codes are as described in Table 1. ASVs with an occurrence below 0.25% (0.5% for F-NY-WW) were grouped as “Others”. ASVs of non-yeast fungal communities were grouped together. The intensity of the blue color is based on the percentage of reads assigned to a specific species/genus.
