AGR3 and GREB1 RNA expression was analyzed in (C) ZR75-1 cells and (D) T47D cells after treatment with 10 nmol estrogen for 0, 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h. The RNA expression level of 0 h was normalized to 1 in (C) and (D), and GREB1 was used as an estrogen-regulated positive control.
