Red indicates the latent periods of SARS-CoV-2 infection after the close contact between the secondary patients and the superspreader patient A. The joint between red and yellow indicates the onset time of COVID-19 symptoms. The end of yellow bar indicates how many days the patients were received the nucleic acid tests and it was positive after the onset of symptoms. Blue indicates how many days of anti-virus treatments were used to turn the nucleic acid test into negative. The end of the blue bar indicates the time of the nucleic acid test turned into negative.
