Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) total scores are primarily associated with hypoconnectivity. Histogram of the correlation between ADOS total scores and voxel-level connectivity, for all associations displayed in Figure 2 (i.e., all lines connecting a red voxel node to a purple Intrinsic Connectivity Network node), showed predominantly negatively correlations, indicating that decreased connectivity predicts increased ADOS total scores.
