Silencing Id3 inhibited proliferation, migration, and invasion in Human ESCC cells. (A) Both Eca109 and TE1 cells viability was suppressed after transfected with shRNA-Id3, detected by CCK-8 assay. (B) Proliferative ability of Eca109 and TE1 cells was significantly decreased in shRNA-Id3 cells by clone formation assay. (C) Silence of Id3 inhibited ESCC cell migration in vitro as assessed by the wound healing assay (scale bar, 100μm).
