Effects of silencing DANCR on cisplatin resistance of colon cancer in vivo. (A) SW480/CDDP R cells stably transfected with control shRNA or sh DANCR were subcutaneously injected into BALB/c mice (n = 10). Mice were continually treated with cisplatin or control saline for 2 months. The survival rates of mice were recorded and analyzed. (B) Tumor volumes from the above treated mice were measured each 5 days. (C) Mice from the above treatments were sacrificed, and the tumors from each group were visualized.
