MDSCs could inhibit the proliferation of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. A, PBMCs and MDSC‐depleted PBMCs (PBMC‐MDSC) from patients with non‐SVR were stimulated with anti‐CD3/CD28 antibodies, and the proliferation of CD4⁺ or CD8⁺ T cells was examined by CFSE labelling. Unstimulated PBMCs were used as negative controls. Results were obtained from four individuals.
