Synergistic cytotoxicity of As^III combined with Tetra in human breast cancer cell lines. Following treatment with various concentrations of As^III alone (5, 10, and 15 µM), Tetra alone (5.6, 6.4, and 7.2 μM), or their combination for 48 h, the cell viability of MDA-MB-231 (A) and T47D (B) was determined by XTT assay. Relative cell viability was calculated as the ratio of the absorbance at 450 nm of each treatment group against those of the corresponding untreated control group.
