Effects of autophagy inhibitors on the induction of apoptosis and necrosis in MDA-MB-231 cells treated with the combination of As^III and Tetra. After treatment with 10 μM As^III+6.4 μM Tetra in the presence or absence of 3-MA (0.25, 1.0 mM) or wortmannin (0.25, 1.0 μM) for 48 h, cells were stained with annexin V-FITC and PI, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
