Figure 5. Structural organization of GRF genes. QLQ and WRC coding sequences of GRFs of P. patens (Pp), A. thaliana (At), and O. sativa (Os) were used to generate a phylogenetic tree by Bayesian inference (line width by posterior probability). The graphical representation of gene structures was based on genomic information available at Phytozome. Gray color corresponds to 5’ and 3’ untranslated regions. Black bars and lines indicate exons and introns, respectively. The different domains are colored in green (QLQ), pink (WRC), orange (TQL), blue (TQL), and purple (GGPL). For scale, QLQ domain (green) corresponds to 118bp.
