Vectors and Western blot. The genes encoding EtMIC2 and EtMIC2-IL18 were inserted into the vector pValac, yielding pValac-EtMIC2 (a) and pValac-EtMIC2-IL18 (b), respectively. The expression of EtMIC2 and EtMIC2-IL18 was confirmed by Western blotting using anti-Flag tag (c) and anti-His tag monoclonal antibodies (d) as primary antibodies and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as the secondary antibody.
