(A) Cellular growth assays (CCK8) demonstrate that knock-down of FLANC leads to decreased proliferation in three independent colorectal cancer cell lines, which (B-C) is confirmed by lower numbers of colonies in an independent clonogenic growth assay. ANOVA test was used to test for differences through all groups. (D) Knock-down of FLANC decreased the ability of these three colorectal cancer cell lines to grow under anchorage-independent conditions in soft agar. Data are presented as means ± s.d.
