Ex vivo biodistribution data showing uptake of 111In in pancreas of KPC mice vs. age, after administration of either 111In-anti-γH2AX-TAT or 111In-anti-RIgG-TAT (5 MBq, 5 μg). Linear regression analysis showed no significant correlation between IgG control compound and age but did show increase in 111In-anti-γH2AX-TAT with age, corresponding to increased hyperplastic high-grade PanIN load in these animals.
