Proliferation‐associated long noncoding RNA, TMPO‐AS1, is abundantly expressed in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. A, TMPO‐AS1 levels in estrogen (E₂)‐treated or ‐untreated MCF‐7 cells and TNBC cells were analyzed by quantitative real‐time PCR. Relative RNA levels were determined by the normalization to GAPDH levels based on the ΔΔC _t method and each value is presented as mean fold change ± SD vs MCF‐7 cells with vehicle (EtOH) treatment.
