Polyion complex micelle (PIC/m)‐TMPO‐AS1 siRNA treatment suppresses s.c. triple‐negative breast cancer tumor growth. A, B, Progression of MDA‐MB‐231‐derived xenograft tumors treated with PIC/m loaded with siRNAs (PIC/m‐siRNA) in nude mice. PIC/m‐negative control siRNA (siControl) or PIC/m‐siTMPO‐AS1 #2 were i.v. injected into mice inoculated with MDA‐MB‐231 cells through tail veins twice a week (PIC/m‐siControl, n = 5; PIC/m‐siTMPO‐AS1 #2, n = 6).
