Immunofluorescence images of virus infection in Vero cells with and without treatment with remdesivir and chloroquine. Virus infection and drug treatment were performed in vitro using Vero cells. At 48 h p.i., the infected cells were fixed, and probed with rabbit sera against the nucleocapsid protein (NP) of a bat SARS-related CoV2 as the primary antibody.
