VeroE6 cells were seeded into a CytoView-Z 96-well plate and allowed to stabilize overnight. Cells were pre-treated with serial half-log dilutions of A) Orlistat or B) Triacsin C and infected with SARS-CoV-2 at an MOI=0.01. Resistance (A and C) was measured every minute over the course of 48 hours and percent inhibition (B and D) was determined at the 48-hour timepoint.
