Calu-3 cells were pre-treated with VPS34-IN1 (5uM), PIK-III (5uM), Orlistat (500uM), or Triacsin C (50uM) for 1 hour and infected with SARS-CoV-2 at MOI of 0.01. Cells were fixed at 24 h.p.i. and immunofluorescence was performed using primary antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 N or dsRNA, and AlexaFluor488 or AlexaFluor647 conjugated secondary antibodies, respectively. Nuclei were stained with Hoeschst 33342. Representative images are shown.
