Effects of DOX on H9C2 PPAR-γ expression and cell viability. (A) PPAR-γ protein expression levels in H9C2 cells treated with various concentrations of DOX for 12 or 24 h were determined by western blotting. GAPDH was used as a loading control and for normalization of semi-quantified expression levels.
