Effects of treatments with Doxo alone and in combination with radicicol on H9c2 cell morphology. Doxo (1 µM) was administered for 3 and 6 h, and where indicated, radicicol (1 µM) was administered 30 min before Doxo. The H9c2 cells were treated with 1% toluidine blue, a basophilic dye, to highlight their morphology, and observed under light microscopy (magnification, x20), with representative images shown.
