Alexa488 labelled IgG (1μg/ml) was SEC isolated with three different pfp concentrations or PBS. Alexa488 was measured in each eluted SEC fraction by fluorometry (A). Alexa488 labelled IgG (1μg/ml) in the presence of pfp, equal protein level albumin (70mg/ml) or PBS was SEC isolated and Alexa488 was measured by fluorometry (B).
